After each in-store transaction, our budtenders ask customers to choose which of the listed organizations they would like the profit from their purchase to support. I've been going from U district because the product is first class. But after today I won't be going back. On line order not available which is a problem due to amazing amount of product. Wasn't able to find order and got no help what so ever even though they plenty of people working and only 2 customers. To busy talking.

The Reef has three locations in SODO, Capitol Hill, and Bremerton, which just happen to align perfectly with the places I frequent—my home, work, and my partner’s. This makes it incredibly convenient to stay loyal to one retailer, consistently earning points without needing to shop at different stores based on location. The SODO location is particularly nice. It’s spacious, with plenty of parking, though it might be a bit out of the way for some, which likely explains why it’s quieter. The staff here is outstanding—always pleasant and welcoming. They even open the door for you, giving the experience a luxury touch, like stepping into a fancy hotel! Another perk is the free ATM. It might seem like a small detail, but a dollar saved is a dollar earned, and it’s refreshing to see a business that isn’t trying to nickel and dime its customers. The selection is extensive, and ordering online comes with a generous discount—something like 20–25%. Don’t quote me on the exact percentage, but it’s significant enough to make a difference. Between the discounts and the excellent service, it’s clear this place values its customers. If you’re looking for a dispensary that offers great deals, a large selection, and genuinely friendly service, The Reef is a fantastic choice.
