This was terrible! I needed to get my card before I moved so I can remain legal in Louisiana. However, they took so long to mail it, then it needed almost 6 days to get here once it was mailed!!! They won't refund me and now I have no medical card because you have to get the mailed version of the certificate and then go to a dispensary which wouldn't have been a big deal if I was able to get the certificate right away but I wasted almost $200 I'm already broke and in the middle of a move and I basically gave them the last of my money. They do not tell you that you have to get a mailed certificate and that it will take almost 2 weeks to get to you. I can't believe this! Now all I can do is cry over lost money!
