Stephen Malone1 StarNot sure what is going on at this clinic but they aren’t practicing medicine. Went in sick for urgent care, waited for over an hour to see a doctor. Left my exam room to ask for an update and was brushed off by who I thought was a nurse (?) and the front desk person eventually came back and gave me a water and an update. Left without receiving treatment after 1.5 hours.
Definitely not an urgent care facility. Seems like they do testing or something.Wednesday 15th January 2025
Zaya Murphy1 StarI unfortunately had to get TB skin testing here for a new job. The people here have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. They don’t send results to employers like they say, likely because they lose them. One week after they said they would send results, my employer said they never received. I call the clinic who said I never came back to have the test read (which I did), hung up on me twice, then sent “results” saying my employer would have to read the test. Isn’t that exactly their job at this place? I needed to get the test redone, so I was unable to start my job on the scheduled date. When I went back in to get it redone, the person retested just below the old test, so they blended together, making the testing area appear larger than it was. When I came back to get it read the second time, multiple people were unable to find the information for when I came in two days ago to get it inserted, and they tried to tell me it had been over two weeks. When they were reading my test, I had to point out the different staging of healing/color from my old test and new test. The person said they didn’t know how to read that test and got someone else. The second person came in and said it was possible. After I pointed out, it didn’t meet the standard criteria for a positive test, they sent the physician in who said it was very obviously negative.
Additionally, they don’t wear gloves or wash their hands.Thursday 9th January 2025
RJ Dearing1 StarGot sent here for an injury to the finger during work. The doctor onsite was really dismissive and told me to "just take ibuprofen" and sent me back to work. The next day it swelled even more and turns out, after another urgent care AND emergency room visit, it was an infected suburgal hematoma. If I had received the proper care the first day, I would not have dealt with as much pain as I was forced to deal with. Hope I don't get sent here again.Monday 13th January 2025
Markos junie5 StarI was here for drug test and Daveyon assisted me at the front desk and helped me to be in and out without long waits. They seem good employees all around.Thursday 16th January 2025
Tracie Meersman1 StarThe tech that was handling my pre employment testing was clueless. I was there for 3.5 hours going from room to room. He had me verify my information on a computer and when it came to the drug urinalysis screen he tried to bypass it. I told him I needed that done and he said he didn’t know how to do it so put me in a room for someone to come get me for it. I waited 30 or so minutes and no one came. I went to the desk and asked about it and the girl found someone to do the urinalysis test. Come to find out a week later, they did not do the correct drug screen or use the proper paperwork from my agency so I am having to go back again for all my pre employment testing, lab work and drug test. I also had to come out of the room again to see if the doctor was going to come do my physical. He was unaware I was waiting. The office was closing at that time so he came in and spent about 5 minutes with me asking me if I could raise my arms and bend over and touch my toes. Worst medical office experience I’ve ever had with too many incompetent people working there.Tuesday 3rd December 2024
